Parts store alternator testers suck, they are not fast enough to see if 1/2 of the full wave bridge rectifier is shorted. I bet if you put a good fluke meter on it or an equilivent you will see the voltage rapidly cycling from ~9VDC to ~13VDC. I had the same issue 7 or 8 years ago with 3 NAPA...

not to sound like a DB but no matter how far from the tires the body is lifted the leaf springs are still going to be in the same location relative to the tires, the only way to change the relationship of the tires to the leaf springs it to increase the backspacing of the wheels.

OBD data with the ICP sensor plugged in = pressure the sensor is seeing ( if the sensor is good). OBD data with the ICP sensor unplugged = expected ICP with the demanded DC value based on a "limp" or look up table the PCM will use to get you home in the event your ICP sensor fails. at least...

I have had my switches act up a few times. I just pull them out and hose them down with lectra motor cleaner then blow them dry with compressed air, problem solved. I think the issue arises from water dripping on them when I open/close the door or crack the window in the rain.
