terminator dual hpop install
That stealth setup looks good. I'm mainly concerned with one particular port on the terminator setup. Currently I have a small allen head plug in it, on the top passenger side of the terminator coupling block. I've googled a bunch and I seem to find a bunch of pictures showing it plugged just...- hwrdbd

Long start time
You guys are all high if you think his starting issue is glow plug related in the middle of summer. Gotta get the truck hooked to a good scanner or ae or similar so you can watch a few things while cranking, specifically icp and ipr duty cycle -

Any idea what is going on with my clutch?
Even the new pre bled units sometimes need a little air worked out. I installed everything up top then pushed the slave against the floor a few times to get all the air out. This way you're holding it vertical and giving a free path for the air to rise up to the master and work its way out... -
Random shutoff
Check your main engine harness on the drivers side near the large connector on top of the valve cover. The truck side often rubs on the valve cover and leads to wires shorting out. 7.3 injectors
Nothing against any of the others listed, they're all reputable builders. I've run Unlimited Diesel injectors and PIS. Highly recommend PIS for quality as well as customer service. I have nothing bad to say about unlimited, but got them second hand so never dealt with them as a company.- hwrdbd

I replaced the entire thing. When originally swapping the pump I swapped my working ipr over. First no-start I bought brand new ipr from ford. Yesterday while trying to diagnose I swapped in another working ipr I had from a spare motor. Today I checked continuity through the ipr wiring... -

Ok so i drove that seal back flush on the t500 and threw that pump back in... ton of cranking and it finally slowly fired. Drove around runs fine once its going. Back into shop, shut down. Tried immediate restart, slowly built icp and fired, prob about 10 sec cranking. Let it sit a minute... -
