I know I asked so thankyou for the reply..I won't be able to get it running for some time but I'm thinking of just pulling the heads and coating everything in oil and wd40 just to be safe then I can keep an eye on it aswell ?...I'll have the injector cups and springs done..might as well get studs:)

yes the turbo was off and the plenum open but the had it cover just not well enough I guess.

Ok thankyou, I don't think the water has been in very long maybe a few days they just pulled the motor. I'd pull yhe head but then I'd ha e to buy studs so I'll try your way thanks.

I should add that the water came from the turbo mount, it was taken off..their was a small amout of water in the intake on the driver side also...

Got ahold of a forged motor but it looks like their cover leaked so its got rain water in it. I drained it all out pulled the oil pan and sprayed wd40...it must have just leaked because there is no rust but whats my next step? should I pull the heads and make sure their is no water or just pull...

Took the driver side apart and couldnt find anything wrong with the bearing so i just regreased everything and put it all back together..gonna take the passengerside apart this weekend.

Ive had this problem with my front end making a noise when turning also the it feals like the driver side wheel wabbles at full turn just a bit. ive searched and it sounds like it might be the bearings? I got under the truck and tried to shake the driver side axle shafts at the ujoint and their...

Na lucky for me the throttle pedal didnt match up..Taking into consideration what a couple member said plus the input at TSD i cleaned the IPR and im keeping my fingers crossed..havnt had any issues in a few days.

Changed the CPS but nothing changed..Its dropping throttle response under acceleration now down to idle and then picks back up. gonna pick up a pedal assembly tomorrow to try.

No i havnt gotten a OD light flash at all.

The other day while coming to a stop my truck lost throttle response, It was still idling but it would not respond when i hit the throttle. I shifted it to nuetral and back to drive and it worked. The next day came to a stop sign and it stalled out. restarted right away. now when i come to stop...

I just got my BTS in a few weeks ago and i love it. its ALOT of money but i think its well spent for piece of mind.
