when is a dual steering stabilzer and 3 link needed

Posting for a buddy. 22x12 fuel nutz very slight curb rash hardly noticeable on 2 wheels. 35x12.50 toyo open country mt with 85-90% tread left. 4.5 in rough country lift with springs and a home made 4 link painted silver to match the machining on the wheels 3500 for all of it Sent from...- hopefulHP

I bought this 2004 6.0 not too long ago with plans of fixing it and making it a nice little dd to keep the miles off my nice truck. It will start and run. But that's about it. I hooked a scanner too it and it threw every Egr code imaginable and an injector code. I'm not sure what exactly is... -
