Needing help loading tunes.
Sct I know this sounds simple but try unhooking everything (even the USB cord) Restart your computer Wait 5 min (let it boot up and load everything) Then plug in your USB and SCT and see if it finds it- 03 7.3

I had the same issue a little over a year ago. Replaced IPR no change, took it to a not so local ford shop that specialize in diesels, the tech's diagnosed (handheld scanner) and fixed the issue in the parking lot in 10min (bad ICP, looked ok, dry...etc) Struck up a conversation with them and...- 03 7.3

randomly shuts down
Had this exact same thing happen to me about a year ago. With the use of a GOOD scanner, local tech diagnosed and corrected the issue (bad ICP) in about 10min in the parking lot. Hope this helps. -

Truck shuts off while driving, then no start.
Similar issue I had a similar issue, would die/shutoff while driving with no warning, except mine would still fire right back up. Luckily a dealer in the area has great diesel techs and they diagnosed the issue as a bad ICP in the parking lot in less than 5min with the scanner and had me fixed... -
