I have had this truck for 2 months runs great I went up and got some oil from the guy behind the counter the guy looked up my truck and gave me 15w40 and now my truck makes a funny ticking noise I have not looked into it that much but its weird that it just started making the noise right after...

I'm having a bad day broke the bolts off tried to weld nuts on the broken bolts both of them broke off half way in the hole then I tried a EZ out broke that off in one hole the I tried to drill the other one and broke a drill bit off in it what now should I try diamond tip bits ?
