    Puking degas bottle...

I was easy on it first 400 miles but first time I put the boost to it the thing puked from the degas, and has continued to do so only when I get on it. It's fine in everyday driving Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Puking degas bottle...

And I paid the extra for head studs so this wouldn't happen!? Was like this from the start so I can only assume a head didn't seal properly when assembled.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Puking degas bottle...

Supposed to have been, but I can't confirm that. Was bought as a long block put together by a shop in Huston Tx. I'm in Missouri. Has warranty at least. I got out of it at 30psi as I saw the gauge spike up soon as I got to 30ish. Didn't move at 25 psi or so but soon as I hit 30 it spiked...

    Puking degas bottle...

I replaced the cap with a new Ford cap and so far I'm not blowing out the degas any longer, and I made one decent pull with it 30-35 pounds of boost with no blowing out the degas. It did show a little low on coolant after a few days of driving, but only about an inch below the cool mark. I...

    Puking degas bottle...

We checked the coolant degas for exhaust gases and it showed no signs of that. Wouldn't that show the head gasket problem? It also will hold pressure overnight in the degas can, I can open it when it's cold the next morning and there is still pressure in there, not excessive, but pressure on...

    Puking degas bottle...

Aftermarket cap didn't fix it, but I have a Ford cap coming today. Did a exhaust test on the coolant and it showed no exhaust gas present. Could the fuel cooler system have a bad cap also? It's just wet on top of all that area when I pop the hood Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Puking degas bottle...

I have a 08F450 with a brand new long block with studs. I have 480 miles on this install and it's puking coolant out the degas under a load...new water pump, new oil cooler, everything new. I'm gonna take it back to the shop in the morning but could it be head gaskets with a brand new studded...

    6.4 Blown up?

Well, I'll know more Tuesday but I think I may be looking for an engine.. 2008 F450, *** ******d, EGR ******d. Only tune is for the ******s. Friday I was hooked to my 42 toy hauler and just pulled out onto the highway starting to accelerate. About 45-50mph all the sudden started shaking...

    No Heat

When the temperature is really cold outside, like below 20, my truck won't blow hot air. The air coming out is ice cold, not even a little hot. I can start it and let it sit until it's at full operating temp and no heat... Then when it's just a little warmer, say in the 30's, seems to work...

    Blown Turbo??

Ok, I was towing my travel trailer, interstate speed, about 70ish, and my truck made a pop and started pumping massive amounts of white/blue smoke. I immediately pulled to the shoulder, truck ran and idled fine, all gauges were normal, temp was 189, oil temp was about 200, good oil pressure, no...
