Clicking is coming from the IDM Relay

Recently started when I turn the key to run, waiting on the glow plugs... I get a clicking noise from what would appear to come from the fuse panel area. When it does the wait to start does not go off, and truck will start. Other times can turn the key off/on a few times and the clicking goes...

The tps sensor is located on the accelerator pedal

Also when the trans slips the check engine light will come on briefly and go back off as I let off the throttle

Had the codes pulled and only thing that came up was the tps sensor. The truck would have a dead peddle at certain times and would feel like the trans was slipping. Replaced the accelerator pedal assembly and it's still doing it. Also had a 6.0 trans cooler that I had installed a few weeks ago...

Just ordered a set for my truck.. is there a particular way to mount them. Or does it not matter?

Just noticed I'm starting to get oil in the coolant degas bottle, any thoughts as to what would cause this? Also considering a regulated return.. what brand do you guys recommend?
