I havn't seen any hard data from you either, Some people asked you to get some and even offered to dyno for you but you got all defensive and declined. you said something to the effect of you were just going by the drivablity feel? I don't doubt it flows more on a test bench, that's great. The fact is the dyno numbers don't show hardly any improvement. Even your own testing showed a very minimal gain. It may flow more but obviously there is still a bottle somewhere else that doesn't allow the intercooler to use its flow...- JCROMAN73

Enough that you would buy it again? Did you also do the intercooler tubing upgrade or just the intercooler with stock plumbing? What exactly did you notice performance wise? Did it gain any definitive mpg?- JCROMAN73

From what ive seen from researching intercoolers is there is nowhere near enough performance gain to justify the expense. Apparently ford did a decent job designing the intercooler. I would definitely drop the coin on the piping way before I would consider the no limit intercooler.- JCROMAN73

Thank you, thats the most sefull post ive seen yet. I also agree not only does it look great but will make it substantially easier to work on the engine in the future. really cleans it up nicely. $900 bucks can cover a lot of my time. Its just 6061 aluminum tubing, some flanges, and some boots. Its not rocket science. The y pipe and the flanges are the only thing that really has to be welded and the y pipe can actually be purchased already made in any size you want. I have a local...- JCROMAN73

Looks great but apparently no one is running this setup. And the price is too steep to just try it and hope it performs. Seems like a lot of money for what you get. I might just fab up my own setup and see how it performs. I should be able to build this for under $200 bucks.- JCROMAN73

Just curious if anyone is running the Elite diesel intercooler twin Tube pipe kit. Im looking to reduce lag and they claim 106 lbs-ft of torque was gained at 1750 rpm. That's impressive if its not just hype. Anyone got any real world experience with this kit? Did it improve lag?- JCROMAN73

As you know several others have switched from pip to innovative and also reported better shifting. Seems like everyone still had a few bad shifts here and there with pip tunes. So did I. The stress will be the same as the matching offset wheel in the same width you are going to be running. The amount of extra stress is negligible on these trucks. I have ran high negative offset wheels with 35 to 37" tires for over 10 years on these trucks and have never had to replace wheel...- JCROMAN73
