Okay the tube absolutely will not seat into the sitting no matter how hard I push (I'm not weak). Anyone have any insight? I can only imagine the geometry is wrong. Tube is extremely hard and I'm afraid to break it trying to bend it, and it's slid on all the way to the nipple on the other side.

I have figured out using a mirror that the opening to that snap ring is positioned in such a way that there's no way to get a pick or flat head on it.. It's also impossible to get the 19mm wrench on the fitting to loosen it.. Loving this

That's what I can't understand is how to get that clip off. It's behind the waste gate and darn near impossible to reach/see

How do I get this fitting off? I see the little plastic retainer is melted and screwed up. Is that the only part that needs to be replaced? Or the entire fitting?

On the abs sensor issue, Ford ended up giving me the wrong one. Never checked. I removed the old sensor, cleaned it up and put it back in. Seems to have worked so far, but I have no reason to believe that will last.

So is it the quick connect that has to be replaced, or just something tightened?

That's the same thing the tech at ford said. Looks to be stupidly annoying to get to as well..

That's what I was doing, just pulling the relay. Mine is now good. I believe it's the part. Last time I had a code for the left front, replaced it and it went away. Now have a code for front right. Already bought it and will be replacing it tomorrow. Will report back.

Update. So on my 20 minute drive to class, I figured out something important. Under acceleration, the heater will go full heat if I ask it to. If I reduce load, it goes back to ambient temp. Also, the harder I drive and higher rpm I see on the truck, the more the temps cool off. If I idle or...

I bought the switch. $35 from Ford. Will report back if it fixes it. EDIT: That fixed it! Took me 2 tools and about 10 minutes. Wipers fixed!

So I just picked up a new switch for the wipers and a new right front speed sensor. Will get these in ASAP and see what I find. As for the heat issue, I spoke to a mechanic personally at our local dealership who was super nice and very helpful. He said while he hasn't really seen any clogged...

Figured on the wipers. That's easy. Truck has 122k on it and climbing rapidly. Hoping to remove some things soon.. Can check the coolant and such. No corrosion on battery terminals. Haven't checked ECM plug. In fact, don't even know where the ECM on the truck is, lol. I'll give that a check...

Gaskets and injectors should not be going at 115k...
