You won’t know for sure unless you pull the gasket and UVCH and ohm them for resistance. I don’t know the numbers off the top of my head but they’re an easy google search away. If everything ohms okay you’ll want so swap the injector with another and see if the error code follows the injector.

Should be able to...mine didn't seal the first time b/c we left the plastic spacers on it. I had it cut out, we cut the plastic spacer things off, and glued it back in again. No leaks! Cost me $100 to have the guy cut it out and redo it (it was a different guy than originally installed it...

We eyeballed it and taped it in place to dry. The more hands you have available the easier it is.

I did and I have no leaks. There are 4 standoffs that are on the glass that we had to cut off and just float it in the right spot with 2 of us. Barnbuilder is right, if you want to completely hide the pinch weld inside it would require changing the rear plastics and headliner. I don't notice...

I've never heard of having to replace brackets or bolts on the front. You have to pull the bracket in order to change the rotor. I think the torque on them is pretty high. Like 140 lb-ft on the front and 120 on the rear? Something like that, I'd have to look it up. I've never used loctite...

I'll add the difference in sidewall flex is really apparent when doing stuff like coming up the drive over curbs leading into my driveway. You can really see the sidewalls load up where the Es just used to roll over and not flex at all.

I recently switched to 305/50R20 XL tires (Toyo Proxes STII). I can definitely tell the sidewalls are not as stiff as the 265/75R16 Michelin LTX E tires I took off. I haven't towed anything yet, so I can only provide real feedback on running around empty. So far I'm holding onto my E wheels...
