The p0046 is for the vgt actuator, the 67x codes are glow plugs. Seems like there’s a lot of shit going on here. Check the harness where it runs under the turbo. An, ok. The pump should just have 2 or 3 bolts that hold it to the lower fan shroud. Disconnect the hoses from it, yank it out. Not at all. Wrench on a ring gear bolt towards the top of the housing, and a pry bar on a bottom tooth of the ring gear and it will kinda roll out. Dana 60 front axle u-joints?
Yeah, there are inner axle seals inside the axle tubes. They’re kind of a pain in the ass. Requires pulling the carrier, and I’ve only done it with the tool from ford, but I’m sure there’s a way to South African engineer it to install the new seals Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- 6.0 Tech

Sounds like an frp and under valve cover harness possibly, air in the fuel system still, shit hi pressure pump, basically what Sootie said. He’s pretty smrt when it comes to these. Map should move based on however much boost you’re making. And I think that’s what the map obd pid is on your list. It would actually be boost. tuner help

Lift pump/high pressures issues
We use air dogs at the shop. I like the install more than the fass, and every fass system I’ve done has needed a higher pressure spring to operate at the proper pressure with a regulated return. The air dog runs at 60ish no problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- 6.0 Tech
