No, it was a lot of work making it DRW, lol! I just bought new 35s for it yesterday too, they should be here this Friday. Sometime in the future I would like to remake the flatbed to accommodate the DRW axle better. And yes, I have 2 Duallys, my 96' is my Daily, and the 18' is my wifes Daily lol

Idk what you're driving, but my 18' has a huge restriction of torque at lower speeds, it's extremely laggy and sluggish. It makes my OBS look like a torque monster off the line, and it falls on its face fast, but seems the 6.7 pulls hard throughout entire rpm range.

5th wheels and toy haulers are getting ridiculously heavy and large. I own a Grand Design Momentum 381M, its 45' long and loaded it weighs 22k lbs. I know there are several trailers out there tipping higher than that, but im not gonna go buy a Semi just to pull my trailer 8 or 9 times a year...

By aftermarket i mean stock replacement, factory looking, made by whatever Chinese company. They suck.

You're more than likely going to want OEMs if you want them to work correctly. I've had way too many aftermarket lights in many different vehicles never work or fit correctly. I'm in the same boat as you though, my 18' headlights are $600+

How do you plan on doing the coil Spring on the OBS? Full 4 link? Also, just in my opinion, there absolutely nothing wrong with redrilling the bolt pattern. The flanges are ridiculously thick, and I pull my 22k lbs 5th wheel with it quite often.

Looking good! You have much more patience than I do. I can wait to install sh*t so I end up putting parts on when its raw and tell myself "ill pull it back off and get it powdercoated in a couple weeks". 4 years later....

I've run the 203, 195, and now a 180*, and I gotta say, my heater is still PLENTY hot enough for 30* days. I wouldnt waste your time swapping out thermostats twice a year.
