I know in my stock 15, if I'm dead stopped and turning left across traffic I've had a few white knuckle moments because of the lag.

They only complaint I have on my STOCK truck is the 1st -2nd shift under WOT. When pulling out on the highway and I really have to get on it, it has lag and the defuel between the 1st - 2nd shift sucks. Once it gets past that it pulls your eyeballs back in your head!

Reading on BTOG, most Dino oils are tested @ 300F for an hour and synthetics are tested @ 350F for an hour to pass the new standards. I think as long as you have standard OCIs these temps we see are acceptable for the oil. I do wish the coolers did a better job but I assume Ford engineers did...
