Could this be a result of a front cover or is it more than likely a lifter failure?

Originally a front main seal but had some cavitation so was replaced and the oil pump housing was replaced at that time.

Oil had 3k on it I will cut filter tomorrow and inspect I was running delo 400le

So I recently had a front cover changed and they changed my oil then. I used the pick up all summer towing my trailer and was changing the oil and noticed a little bit of metal on my drain plug magnet And small pieces in the filter. Nothing crazy but the truck only has 80k on it. I’m not sure...
