Making the power isn't an issue, What i'm curious on is how is urea consumption? Fuel Mileage? Are they turning it off solely, With that being done has any of them actually gone through emmission testing with them to see what all is the boundaries to pass?

What tunes did you try and what power level were they? What year truck?

HP Tuners is about the only thing worth a **** on 6.4 just don't look at timing though for most all the tuners out there!! It would make even themselves cringe if they knew what timing they were running on their own tunes...

I pulled the turbo of awhile ago and checked that. Everything is lined up and has full range of motion with no hangups. The vgt does sound like it is responding correctly as well.

I've pressure tested to 45lbs with no leak and also the hose going to map sensor looks and feels in good condition nor did it leak when pressure testing system. I feel like my issue is my turbo somehow. Not quite sure brand or anything but i rode in another truck the other day that had 190/100s...

TS Performance sent me a new disc for free! They didn't even charge me any freight.

That only supports their files to be loaded. They no longer support TS Style chips. I have my own files to load anyways and don't want to just load PHP files on their. I just called TS and they are sending me a new disc.

Does anyone on here have the TS Burner software I could get from you? I have the burner but my old computer crashed and i no longer have the disc that the software came on.
