Just an update- fixed the problem. Took apart both front door panels and watched the mechanisms as I rolled the windows up and down. It was squawking when the sliders moved down the tracks. Tried lithium grease, didn't work. So I sprayed some John Deere chain and cable lube in the tracks and...

I don't think it's the regulator since both the driver and passenger sides make the exact same noises and neither one has shown any signs of being weak or struggling to go up or down. They just sound like they're binding in the tracks or something and squeaking the entire way up and down.

I'll give that a shot next. Drives me insane that my truck is the only one I've ever heard do it. I'm not about to go pay the dealership to diagnose something that has got to be fairly simple.
