    Truck slipping into 4th

I bet that hard shift is with light acceleration. The last 6R140 I saw with this problem a new valve body fixed the issue. It's been working great ever since. Do the upgrades while you are rebuilding the valve body. If you have a laptop, a data link cable fron USB to OBDll. Just downloaded...

Okay, I haven't had any experience myself with the problem. But, I've heard that the aftermarket HD ones have more problems than the OEM ones. This could all be hearsay.

If you can, find a valve body that has all the fixes done to it. If your handy, you can rebuild the valve body yourself and add all new OEM solenoids.

Did you follow the specific process outlined for the rest? If it's bad solenoids in the valve body a reset will not help it.

Sounds like the valve body. Most times though they have a hard shift at town speeds. If you have access to forscan do a trans relearn and see if that takes care of the problem. If it doesn't I'd be willing to believe it's the valve body/solenoid.

Tuning the 7.3 in current times

That's sounds like a lot of haze. Cold my 300/200s will have but after the engine is warm, they run clean. Does your engine use oil between oil changes? I want a vgt as well as compounds. lol

I'm not sure how to help with the picture problem. Are you using the button that saus attach files? If so, and it's to big, try down sizing the picture.

They do wear out. I've got a video of a 7.3 at 4k rpm with the above muffler. I'll see if I can find it.

The tunnel height is different between the auto and manual transmission. You will need to raise the tunnel.

    Way to go Lee zelden.

I have yetto see where they say they are getting rid of the emissions equipment. They are just not making the manufacturers meet the 2027 emissions standards.
