You can lower pressure or turn off the TPMS with H&S.

I have been waiting on better weather to install mine as well. How long did it take you to get it up and running?

The gussets add some strength, but also change the look of the bar. If you are debating if you'll need them for power level, I would say probably not if you are below 600hp. However, I like the way the gussets look on the bars.
