    Just pick a tuner for stock injectors I don’t think it matters much at 300rwhp levels. Trans shifting will be about the main difference along with pedal sensitivity. Skip the turbo on stock fuel as well the money could be used towards regulated return, in-tank mods, post filter, u fixing up...

    The biggest thing with ball joints is installing and torquing down in the correct sequence. Also greasing every 5-10k.

    The hybrid will make more sustainable power at a lower egt. So say a 160/0 makes 350rwhp in the top tune the hybrid will make 350rwhp at a lower pulse width which in turns a lower egt. I run 250/80 and I suspect my truck makes 350-375 rear wheel hp in my tow tune with no concerns with egts...

    AC’s aka 160/0 stage 1 without intercooler. No need to replace hpop. If you want more than that you should intercool plus upgrade the turbo to go to the next step. Stage 2 I wouldn’t buy cause of the use of high pressure oil and hybrids are much more efficient. 205/30 or 238/80

    The oil pans are the same from 94.5-03 trucks. Dip sticks are passenger side. He is talking about the front cover of the engine and the pickup tube in the oil pan

    At a 205/30, but your comparing hybrids and A codes. They may make the same peak power but the hybrid will shine do to being more oil efficient. Now if you had enough oil to run the a code I think we would be having a different discussion and conclusion. IMO you either run a AC 160/0 or a hybrid...

    You’ll want to use 05-07 track bar bracket not 08 and newer. When I swapped my 95 I had to clearance in the middle of the bracket from hitting the steering box but did not have to touch the crossmember

    Send it off to terminator and have it turned into a t500, or replace with a adrenaline. Factory pump would suffice but I would go with the aftermarket. Wonder if it’s possible to send debris into the injectors would be my next concern.
