Stealth stage I high pressure oil pump 7.3 powerstroke. $500.

For the second time in 15,000 miles I have developed a back cover leak. At this time it is small but I am frustrated I will have to remove the pump again. Is this common with these pumps? Anyone else have these issues? The pump performs great, but I want reliabilty.

After flushing the coolant, I went to put the block plug back in and it never gets tight. I did not want to keep going fearing it would end up inside the block. If you look at the picture, the plug is way below the threads and it still leaks. I don't know if this is normal as I do not have...

My friends truck died while driving. Hooked up to AE and shows 0 ICP. Checked reservoir and no oil. Filled reservoir with oil. Tried 4 times to start truck and no pressure. I disconnected the ICP sensor and it showed pressure building upto 2280 psi. Still no start. When I plug the sensor back...
