Ok, thanks Zeb. Mine is late 2004 and looking at it I thought it looked a little off. I knew of 2 different stock sizes but not 3. I might have a line of a late 2005 backing plate and compressor housing to make work with the wheel I have.

Question about turbo wheels. When I first bought my truck I got some parts to put on it which now 3 years later I'm doing. One of which is an aftermarket turbo wheel from riff raff. My truck is a late 2004 and the turbo wheel in question says 05.5 - 07. Am I going to be ok with this wheel or...

I plugged in my tuner and uploaded the canned tunes to try it out. I need to get the ECU strategy # for custom tunes. When I look under vehicle info is says it's not found. Do I have to set it back to stock to find this??? Thanks, Owen

My truck is a 2004, production date 10/2003. It has the ICP in the passenger valve cover, not under the turbo. My question is when looking for parts, like a turbo wheel or stand pipes what year do I go for. 2003-04 or 2005-07?? Also square egr cooler. Thanks, Owen

Looking at an SCT with ******** tunes, unlimited tow, 8k and srl. Is it beneficial to also run a ficm tuner also like a KEM tune or say a PHP Atlas 40??? Looking to stay stock injectors and turbo, 4" exhaust, egr ******, coolant filter, oil cooler. Was looking at the SCT to help with shifting...

Yup, only thing was egr. Fixed for now and will fix it better later;)

Get looked at Thursday, get codes pulled, still runs better than it did, starts better with EGR unplugged, also fuel consumption went down. Just need to make sure everything is ok before I go elk hunting the first of next month.

Still going to get looked at tomorrow but for now I unplugged the EGR valve and no more issues.

Coolant good, no mix no loose coolant, fuel smell bad.

White smoke when throttle pressed down with no boost turning to gray as boost started to come on.
