This is the local dealership's. They just took the bed off of a 450 and threw an Excursion back on. They are almost done with a 2011 F250 conversion to a regular size Excursion.

So I've burnt another altenator and have been told the gpr can do that if its staying on. I was wondering is there a way for me to test it or do I just need to replace it and the altenator and hope it doesn't burn up again? Thanks.

What could keep burning up altenators? My original went bad so I bought a "guaranteed" good used one. Put it on nothing had it tested it was now bad. Bought a brand new one from Advance and put it on last night. Today tested while running and now its only putting out 11.76-11.82v and only 30A...
