I also can't see the third mounting position that is on the later 04+ turbos. This turbo will bolt onto an 04+ pedestal but will only be held in with two bolts vice three. To me it's not a big deal. I don't even run mine with bolts (not saying it's smart but just saying). If you want the turbo, I wouldn't worry about trying to locate an 03 pedestal for it.
