Hooked up AE FICM 48 volts KOEO and starting we have FICM sync etc ICP is 0.50 psi/IPR 14% KOEO cranking the highest I seen it climb 150 psi with IPR at 85%, (150 cranking rpms to slow?) No codes fuel gauge shows its got 1/2 tank but tomorrow he's going to grab another 5 gallon tank and put it in. Batteries are brand new super start ext's connected to a charger. Passes KOEO and injector buzz tests. (all 8 buzz) Pulled oil filter and fuel filter cap both fill up when key turned on/cranking. Strong injector buzz when key is first turned on.
