The trans pump gears are new. I dont know what else could be an issue at this point. DPC converter. Update. I pulled the converter and confirmed everything inside it turns as it should. Now time to pull the pan and filter to be able to remove the trans front housing. I'm predicting the gears were different thickness and the new ones are think causing it to bind.
