Ordered in the axle plates to put the u-bolts the gm way with the nuts under the axle and them are for 2.5 inch springs... Got the old axle out and rolled the new axle under and my buddy and i were only about 4 inches off on spring perch width. Have to cut the perches off and narrow em. Dammit! So plasma cutting and welding is in store for this weekend! On a positive note, the cummins will be here soon and in for machine then rsk, then engine rebuild kit with goodies!
