I have RCD 155/30 injectors and have had them since 175k miles. Same tune as well. These are the things I have checked. FICM is all good 48v, 13v. The fuel pressure stays above 60lb all the way to WOT. Changed fuel filter yesterday and still have it. I do get a bit of stictition until it warms up but ive had that for a while now. Truck runs fine once it warms up. Also according to my HPO gauge (wired into the ICP pigtail) it stays at 15k and all the way to 4k but never below 15k now for some reason. used to go down to 5 when at idle.
