They do not need special turbo specific tunes, just more fuel on a hotter tune to help the turbo be in its efficiency range. That or find a way to flash a 2015 engine file on the truck. Either way I'm being very realistic that there will be zero warranty support from ford. Either keep running 11-14 turbos and let your dealer fix them. Or do a '15 swap and take it upon yourself.
