You have to manually line up each one of those little plates to line up with the holes in the faceplates, :doh:. This sucked, basically all you can do is use a small pick and arrange them while the faceplate sits on the face as a guide. Then don't move the bar the entire time your threading the screws in. If you bump it at all that little threaded plate slides in the rail and you have to unscrew every single screw, remove the faceplate and re arrange the plate so the screws will line up again. Trust me this happened once or twice at least and of course right at the end when I had like 2 screws left.
