Found this article interesting, reminds me of the Mopar motors of the 60's/70's.

But something very interesting is afoot with Ford’s 2020-and-newer Super Dutys—and it has dyed-in-the-wool GM and Ram fans up in arms. No matter what chassis dyno Ford’s late-model trucks are strapped to, they make more power than advertised. In fact, some of them are spitting out rear-wheel numbers larger than Ford’s crankshaft figures of 475 hp and 1,050 lb-ft.

We saw that at the shop. Had a local shop bring in a monster of a 2020 to dyno stock, with a plug in chip, and then with some other “things” done. This thing was on 40s with 24s, and overall just a hideous pile of look at how much money I spent. Anyway, it did 480 stock, which surprised the hell out of all of us, especially with the weight of the tires/wheels. The plug in chip deal just made the throttle more sensitive, otherwise was exactly the same. Other things done to it put it at 600…
