The tires do rub just a hair during articulation and full lock on the radius arms depending on the tire, and you may rub on the fender liner. I bent up some strap steel and bolted the inner fenders back a bit instead of trimming them since I rubbed there after switching to a different set of tires. The only other thing to be mindful of is the wear. For optimal wear, technically the stock wheels are too narrow for a 12.5" wide tire, BUT, having the big sidewall of a 35 can help negate most of the effect on the tread, and if you keep them well rotated and your air pressures where they should be, you'll be golden.
