Used 38R with a High Flow Outlet and non-EBPV Pedestal. On truck for roughly a year and a half, less than 30,000 miles. Only ran with stock injectors and canned SCT tunes.

I believe it can, but you have to convert everything on the motor to a Super Duty (uppipes for sure). There are a lot more economical options for the OBS.
