2003 6.0 with blown gaskets had No start condition so cab was lifted, while cab was up the following mods were done. Mods 3 years ago: EGR Delete New HPOP Fuel System Stud Job Truck sat and never started. Rag in intake manifold truck left outside. Owner decides to work on it so we tow it to shop.... New Mods; Oil Cooler Warren 190's Powermax Problems fixed; IPR Leaky upper injector O rings Broken Crank Wire New Batteries Where I am now...... New IPR, first one would only make 200 psi. Replaced two injectors for upper injector o ring issues (air test) New strong batteries; battery charger and jump pack also hooked up for cranking. Swapped FICMs, even though didn't think that was problem. Swapped PCM's, same as above. Making 1500 or so PSI of ICP cranking 60+ Duty cycle IPR Regulated fuel system 60 psi, checked and fuel is flowing freely out of rear of each head. Passes buzz test No codes that matter IE:(egr codes/stock pcm, wheel speed sensor, etc) FICM MP: 12.0 KOEO, 11.5 End of cranking. FICM LP 47.5-48 all the time. It does crank slow, averaging 130-170 cranking RPM. All numbers confirmed between AutoE and Ford's IDS. Tomorrow I am going to check FICM sync and then do a compression test. The truck does not fire off ether, nor does it try. In fact the ether slows down the cranking RPM and ICP takes a nose dive. It has battery voltage, electrical continuity, fuel pressure, ICP, air, etc.... There is no smoke coming out of the exhaust (no cat or muffler) while cranking unless ether is sprayed in. So that tells me regardless of compression that it's not getting fuel sprayed in. I don't know... Wondering if anybody had some input. What am I overlooking. I spoke to my buddy Scott tonight about it on the phone and still kind of unsure where else to go with it.
