My truck lost power within 10 miles, went home and changed the oil, it literally dumped all the oil out in 5-10 seconds. Put new rotella 15w40 in it and started to clear up after 20 miles. Truck seems to run stronger now and new oil is awhole lot cleaner on the dipstick so the marvel must have removed alot of sludge.
