[ATTACH=full]85526[/ATTACH] took the hotsy to the cover and installed the new gasket from the kit [ATTACH=full]85527[/ATTACH] put the new o rings on the new oil cooler [ATTACH=full]85528[/ATTACH] pushed it back in the cover [ATTACH=full]85529[/ATTACH] put the new HPOP screen in [ATTACH=full]85530[/ATTACH] took the hotsy to the intake. inside and out [ATTACH=full]85531[/ATTACH] put the oil cooler back in [ATTACH=full]85532[/ATTACH] heres the egr delete kit [ATTACH=full]85533[/ATTACH][/QUOTE] egr valve plate [ATTACH=full]85534[/ATTACH] took the valve out and installed plate [ATTACH=full]85535[/ATTACH] flipped over and put the coolant bypass on [ATTACH=full]85536[/ATTACH] all said and done [ATTACH=full]85537[/ATTACH] got the new up pipe in. i took out the pass side inner fender. made it a lot easier. major pain in the a$$ [ATTACH=full]85538[/ATTACH] back on [ATTACH=full]85539[/ATTACH] [ATTACH=full]85540[/ATTACH] all sorts of wiggling and the intake is back in. and egr delete is hooked up. [ATTACH=full]85541[/ATTACH] make sure you put the clamps on the other way. otherwise this happens [ATTACH=full]85542[/ATTACH] i always put anti seize on the pedestal bolts [ATTACH=full]85543[/ATTACH] in [ATTACH=full]85544[/ATTACH] new o rings on the turbo drain [ATTACH=full]85545[/ATTACH] new o ring on the turbo oil supply line [ATTACH=full]85546[/ATTACH] drain back in [ATTACH=full]85547[/ATTACH] all ready for the turbo to go back in [ATTACH=full]85548[/ATTACH] [ATTACH=full]85549[/ATTACH] back in there. [ATTACH=full]85550[/ATTACH] hook up the feed line and put the bolts back in [ATTACH=full]85551[/ATTACH] after all that screwing around your fuel line bolts probably fell. a magnet will get them back [ATTACH=full]85552[/ATTACH] fuel and oil bowls back in. and bolts [ATTACH=full]85553[/ATTACH] fuel lines hooked back up [ATTACH=full]85554[/ATTACH] new filter goin in [ATTACH=full]85555[/ATTACH] [/QUOTE]
