How did your tow truck setup run on the way to ts and back and what are the specs on the setup

Any chance that one of these setups would work for a truck that needs to tow 16k or so? What injectors would match up to allow it? I know everyone has a different idea on what "will work", but I don't want to watch my gauges the whole time or have to hit a hill at 45 just to keep temps down.
