6.4 amp location

I am in process of doing audio install on my 6.4. Its put on hold now as in shop getting new HPFP. I got two sets kicker components that I am going to wire to an in line amp. Going to run seperate amp to subs. Got two front doors wired up and sounds so much better but dont have amp in yet. Wiring diagram i got from local audio place says there is amp under dash. Is that true or is only amp behind seats next to sub. Want to make sure remove them all before start wiring up new ones.

Do you have the factory navigation system? Amp is in dash on drivers side if so. If no nav, no amp. That's my understanding anyway.

Can the go under back seat? That's were I had 2 in my 2001
