The intakes them selves will physically bolt to either motor. The other issue with be fan shroud clearance and the intake elbow mounting flange being different. All things that can be resolved but still require some fabrication. The 6.4 intake does flow more than the 6.0 intake, is it enough difference to constitute the hassle or cost of making it work :shrug: I don't know. But for the amount of time and money being spent to make it work I'd say you would probably be better off just buying a ported 6.0 intake and call it a day. Unless you just need the added clearance for doing something like the 6.4 turbos on a 6.0 like one member is attempting I don't see the point. [/QUOTE]
