6.4 No Start P0301, P0263, P0266

Just bought my second 6.4 but this one cranks and does not start. Crank is intermittent, not smooth. Pulled codes;
P0301 Cylinder 1 misfire
P0263 Cylinder 1 contribution
P0266 Cylinder 2 contribution
Before I tear into it, does anyone have any insight as to what could be the issue? 151,000 miles.

Could be a number of things but I'd bet a broke motor.
