You will have to pull the inner fender well to make it easier. If there is coolant in the cooler something is a miss. Its the flange just above the bright spot. Can be a bitch to get to. There should be a small plate between the two faces that is a 1/8" thick. If they did a full delete then the cooler will be MIA. If thats the case... Likely HGs.
