Just wondering if anyone has a ford 6.4 manual around and can double check some specs. The 2nd Ring (Intermediate compression) that i have, they all measure from 0.028 to 0.032" on end gap and the ford manual says 0.056 to 0.076". That seems like a lot of gap, but i could be wrong. The manual i have is the 2007 publushed ford workshop manual. If someone has a haynes, or a newer ford workshop manual that would really help.

Thanks for the help

How did it work out with the massive gap vs what they came with?

This was from 12 years ago, I doubt they are even on here anymore.
Exactly what he said. But there is a good chance those were powerstroke piston specs vs. maxx force piston specs. I'll double check for the hell of it. But I'd bet that's the deal.
