The electrical harnesses were changed significantly when the turbo kit was done, so it's taking a while to pinpoint were the suspected short is. Whenever it quit charging on the test drive, all we had to do was hit a bump just right, and it'd pick right back up. Now to do a wiggle test & ohm out the signal wires to the pcm and high current junction block. Probably a spread loose pigtail connection, or something simple. Gotta catch it in the act though.
