Reason being is having to build the bottom end of the engine in the 6.7. That being said, I feel like the 6.7 has more potential for making huge power because of its technology (better/reverse flow heads, higher injection pressures, ext...) but that's not really your goal. So it all comes down to how much you want to spend and which truck you like better. One more thought is, 6.4's aren't known to have very reliable pistons (at high hp) so you may have to end up building the bottom end in one of those too lol.
