66mm single installed

Just posting a couple pictures of the 66mm single setup I fabricated and installed this weekend. It runs great even though I was worried about it being a little small. spools faster than stock, lower egts and it sounds amazing. currently using rcd 525 and it runs excellent! just need to get a shorter oil feed line

Just sct with rcd 525, 4in exhaust, s&b intake, elite cac pipe, rcd egr delete. Getting headstuds soon and while the cab is off I am putting on 6.0 manifolds. didnt put them on yet because i installed this without lifting the cab

It has no problems at all with the rcd 525. I also tried extreme street but it wasn't getting enough fuel. once I get the transmission done I am going to get either another innovative or use the 585. it seems to shift nicely though even with 22.5s and it is really smooth imo

So what did you do for uppipes? Did you.just adapt to the factory pipes qne make your own to the turbo?

I found the same thing on mine. Stockers

6.0 manifolds

I just used the stock upipes and made a stainless flange that bolts to them at the top. Then the 2in stainless 90s were welded to this and a t-4 divider flange if that makes sense. At first i thought I was going to have to pull the cab so i got a set of stock up-pipes and 6.0 manifolds. decided to put it together and just wait until i put the headstuds in to install the 6.0 manifolds

That 525 is a wicked tune. I did alot of the beta testing on my black truck for that tune. He was meticulous about it being perfect!

Yes it is!! could you guys make a tune that will turn off the check engine light as well as a couple tweaks on transmission tuning? The only code is p179a-(turbo actuator miscommunication)for not having the turbo actuator plugged in.
