So i started my truck this morning coldest start i have done so far. its was below freezing and I was reving it to 1100-1200 rpms (don't have high idle yet) and the ebpv would stay closed during the constant rev then it was doing it while driving. Is that normal? And kept dping it until it was in operating tempatures it wouldn't do it if i got it above 2000rpms so i shut the trucl off started and it stopped dpimg it.

The tube from the passenger side exhaust manifold to the EBP sensor may be clogged with soot. It's fairly easy to remove and you can clean it with carb cleaner and some wire rope chucked in a variable-speed drill (just like a plumbing snake). Cheers!
