I would pull the manifolds and look for traces of oil or wet ports, if its using oil block the breather off and pull oil cap, if you feel alot of pressure at 1000 or better rpm its hurt, if the blow by clears up, your probably alright. The oil leak is most likely pesky turbo pedestal orings, use ample amount of carb cleaner and brake cleaner and clean the valley throughly, the run the engine, it may be a line, but more or less turbo pedestal, they are annoying, done many of them.
