The best item that cured my steering wandering and play was a red head steering box n now its like having rack and pinion steering. If you have a lift of any check your pitman arm for tightness as mine used to come loose once a month with my 6 inch lift until I torqued it to 200 ft lbs and put a second nut up against it and a ton of red locktite and now it stays tight.
