Disconnected IPR then ICP sensors and did not start with either disconnected. Disassembled IPR and cleaned it good. Still no start. Was gummed up pretty good. ICP while starting is all over the place. As high as 1200 all the way down to 80 on AE. Duty cycle was 14 if I recall right. After all this was done we find out the truck has sat for 7 months with only being started 3 times. Fuel bowl has fuel in it and fills up quick! Oil reservoir is full and remains full after each crank. Im out of ideas and don't know what's next. I'm think high pressure oil related but don't want start chucking parts at it. Anyone have ideas?
