Supply to is at the accumulator. Return from is the line returning to the compressor(cold one). Measure right at the firewall. This is the heat the refrigerant absorbs from the cab and can determine wether you have a charge condition issue or airflow. Spate123 is absolutely correct in making sure you have the proper airflow.
